| Suppliers of dangerous products must see that their products are delivered with a written Material Safety Data Sheet. |
| Danish Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) are prepared in accordance with the Orders 485/1995, 292/2001 and EU-directives 98/24 and 99/45. |
| As safety on workplace is not harmonized in Denmark, Denmark has some special rules which also has to be incorporated in the 16 points-MSDS. |
